How does the free trial work?
Trial version of AppliView is a complete version of software and you can experience all the features. We will NOT ask for your credit card for first 30 days. If you like our product, you can continue by providing your credit card details and we will charge your credit card on each month. You may cancel your membership anytime and we will stop charging your credit card immediately.
Do I get all features during trial period?
Yes, the trial version is with all standard features and full version of software.
How many users can I have?
We don’t restrict number of users. So, you can have unlimited Users, Recruiters, Interviewers, HR managers and candidates. Each user gets his/her own exclusive login based on role assigned. And you yourself can create it as a super admin.
What are the payment options?
You can make payment using Credit Cards. We process Credit card payments by using 2CHECKOUT secured services. If you prefer other payment methods, please contact us on sales@appliview.com.
How secured is my data?
Your data (including resumes) are fully secured and we provide exclusive database to each customer. You can download all your data anytime. We don’t share your data with anyone.
How can I import resumes/CVs I already have?
We provide all require features to import your existing candidates;’ database including resumes/CVs. You can either ‘Import from excel/CSV’ or you may use our ‘Import from folder’ option to import in bulk from your resumes folder. You may also call/email our support team anytime for assistance.
How do you provide support?
We provide email, Discussion forum and Phone support. We also provide free online training for our ‘White’ label customers.
