This step allows you to create users who are going to use this system. You may also cancel this step and create users later from the manager menu. We, however suggest you create three users with different roles, e.g. recruiter, HR manager and interviewer. This should help you for the review and initial training.

Mark Active

Select an Inactive record and click on “mark active” to make a user active on an application.

Select an Active Record and click on Mark In-Active to make a user in-active on application.

Delete

To permanently remove a user from the database.

You can also search any user by first name/last name/email/user ID, etc. to edit or delete.

Setup Wizard

When you login for the first time, you’ll see a welcome screen, which will help you to configure this application as per your business requirements. The same setup wizard is also available to administrators later on from the manager section.

Master Data

This step allows you to configure your basic master data, which will be used throughout the system. It is preconfigured with common data that you can change to fit your business requirements and terminology you use in your recruitment cycle.

Career Website

“Career Website” is a tool bundled with Appliview. It is an independent career site/job site that is available with the main application. This can be fully customizable for recruitment consultants as a job portal as well as a corporate career portal.
