This step allows you to configure your “basic” master data, which will be used across the system. It is pre-configured with common data that you can configure as per your business requirements and terminology you use in your recruitment cycle.

Status of designation will be “Active” by default, you can inactivate any that is now absolute/changed/not in use.

Job Status

Job status data is a different status of job opening in your recruitment cycle and it shows the status of a particular job as it progress. This is used by the system while creating reports on job openings and to filter data based on statuses.

You can add a new job status. For an example, you might put a job opening on hold and then decide to hire for that position again, you could put “reopened” as a new job status.

Applicant Status

This indicates the status of an applicant at different stages of your recruitment cycle. For example, all applicants on a particular job are set to ‘Open’ initially and then as you move on with your recruitment cycle, you can keep changing the status of an applicant to track and report. The system also sends an email notification to all users (as per the configuration) when you change the status of an applicant. You can delete additional data and keep it blank. You may also manage this data later from the ‘Manager’ menu.
