At AppliView, our goal is to provide the best digital experience in recruitment automation. We offer transparent cancellation and refund policies for all our online subscription services.
Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time directly from your AppliView account dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, your access to AppliView’s digital services will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After this period, your account may be downgraded or closed as requested.
- If you are under a custom enterprise contract, please refer to your agreement for specific cancellation terms.
Refund Policy
- You may request a refund for unused subscription time within 14 days of your initial purchase.
- Refunds are not issued for digital services already rendered, such as completed recruitment automation, candidate interviews, or reports generated by our platform.
- Prorated refunds for annual plans may be available if no completed projects were initiated during the current month.
- No refunds are available after 14 days from the date of purchase, except as required by applicable law.
- No refunds for any add-ons, custom integrations, or professional services.

with your account information and order details. Our support team will review and respond within 2 business days. - Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
